This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced OPS
Readiness Project Manager who will project manage operational
readiness for expansion of a West Dublin based ?**Apply on the
website**m Cell Therapy manufacturing facility who will take OPS from
Facility design to commercial batches.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:-
Managing the Operational readiness for Project expansion.
Coordinating activities across multiple workstreams and cross
functional teams
Monitoring execution of the plan and escalate issues/risks to
Operations Snr Management
Planning all Operational Readiness activities
Working with Project Manager to ensure cross functional dependencies
are factored into all plans and are updated as necessary
Working with workstream leads to ensure all activities can be
resourced and deadlines can be met
Owning change controls for managing the Operations workstream.
Reporting progress and potential impediments as part of overall
project report.
Communicating prioritisation and operational decisions to the broader
cross functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those
decisions are properly implemented.
Facilitating relationships between workstreams, move initiatives
forward, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve issues
that prevent progress
Holding people accountable when schedule or progress issues arise
while maintaining respectful relationships
Predicting roadblocks and obstacles, establishing meetings or
integration points between teams
Prioritizing competing needs with good reasoning and creative
solutions
Contributing to project processes, tracking tools and general project
management best practices and initiate improvements where needed.
Skills Sets Required
Strong operational experience of ATMP or Sterile Aseptic processing-

MBA/ MSc preferred- Minimum Degree in Science or Engineering
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal
guidance
Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritising and managing
multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries
Ability to communicate to and work with all levels of the organisation
Analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
